While our hotel has a standard set of room types, there’s absolutely nothing standard about them! Each single room, double or family room, each suite we offer is enhanced with a little extra of its own! The intricate and elegant, but at the same time comfortable interior and exterior of the hotel make your stay here a blast! Additionally, all the amenities that we have, hotel-wide WiFI & our incredible eat & drink venues will be a cherry on the top!

The Quarterdeck

This very special, designer furnished home features central air conditioning and heating, a comfortable living room with a queen-size sofa bed and powder room. The deluxe king-size bedroom offers a luxurious oversize bathroom, large dressing room, and a very large 2 person walk-in shower. Additionally, this home features a wet bar with a wine refrigerator and microwave oven.

There are 2 large flat panel satellite TV’s and Wi-Fi throughout. The Quarterdeck, located about 750 feet behind the Chart House and Mariner, is just a very short walk along our private driveway.


The Outrigger

This designer furnished home features central air conditioning and heating, 4 bedrooms and 3 deluxe ceramic bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, laundry area, and a dining room area. Each bedroom offers satellite flat panel TV and there’s Wi-Fi throughout. Instead of a living room, this home features a very nice game room with XBOX360 on a large flat panel TV, air hockey and Foosball.

This home is conveniently situated approximately 800 feet behind the Mariner & Chart House. It’s a very short walk along our private driveway. The home is situated on 5+ acres.


The Spinnaker

This designer furnished home features central air conditioning and heating, 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen and dining areas. Each bedroom offers satellite flat panel TV and there’s Wi-Fi throughout.

The Spinnaker has its own private dock with large crab traps, a private fenced swimming pool, a fire pit.


The Mariner

This designer furnished home features central air conditioning and heating, 5 bedrooms (including a first-floor fireplace suite) and 3 ½ deluxe ceramic bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen and a dining room that seats 20 +. Each bedroom offers satellite flat panel TV and there’s Wi-Fi throughout. The large fireplace living room offers XBOX360 on a large flat-panel TV. The home is situated on 3 pristine waterfront acres on the shore of the Chesapeake Bay.

The Mariner has its own private dock with large crab traps, a private fenced swimming pool, a fire pit with picnic tables and a large outdoor grill. For added enjoyment, we offer 4 complimentary kayaks.


The Chart House

This designer furnished home features central air conditioning and heating, 5 bedrooms and 3 ½ deluxe ceramic bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen and 2 dining areas that seat 18 +. Each bed room offers satellite flat panel TV and there’s Wi-Fi throughout.  The large 35’ living room offers a large fireplace and XBOX360 on a large flat panel TV. The home is situated on 7+ pristine waterfront acres on the shore of the Chesapeake Bay with its own private sandy beach.

The Chart House has its own private dock with large crab traps, a private fenced swimming pool, a fire pit with picnic tables and a large outdoor grill. For added enjoyment we offer 4 complimentary kayaks.
