I know Donna already thanked you and expressed our appreciation for all of the amazing work you put into our wedding (before and during and after), but I also wanted to convey my thanks. You really made our wedding day(s) special and fun. Everything was just amazing. The venue, the organization, and the event itself. And with so many really nice touches (ie the 2 swans on the bed). Your recommendations for vendors were spot on. The bartending, music, photog, flowers, food etc. were amazing. Great organization and the people were so nice! I don't think anything could have been better. We received so much feedback from the guests that it was the best wedding they ever attended. It certainly was the best wedding I ever attended! Never been to one like it. I know we had our own way of doing the wedding, and you just rolled with it. You have great organizational skills and it shows. You know the business as well as you know the venue. We would definitely recommend to others. I probably left out a few things but there is so much to be thankful for. Thanks again for everything, you're the best!

I stayed at this property for two nights in November and we had a great time. The major selling point for us was the water – the views were just spectacular and the windows are so large you don’t even have to be outside to see them. This was a real treat – and the kids certainly liked the small beach where they could play with sand and get their feet wet. The other major draw was the lovely firepit outside and the supply of firewood. It made for a lovely late afternoon. We could then continue the evening indoors with the indoor wood-burning fireplace, which ties the living room together nicely. The kitchen was very well equipped, providing for a lovely Thanksgiving dinner. It is a spacious house, the bedrooms are large, and the property charming.

Kelly couldn't have been a better host. She made our stay perfect.

We loved staying here for our annual friends weekend! The house was exactly as described, clean, and you can’t beat the property. Kelly was fantastic - super accessible and accommodating. I highly recommend this house - views are gorgeous, it’s spaced far enough away from the other properties, and spacious enough for a large group. The lawn was perfect for lawn games, kayaks and a fire pit with seating is provided, and they even provided small toiletries. If you’re looking for a secluded getaway where you don’t need to leave the property, I highly recommend it. It’s about 20 mins from the town, but we didn’t need to go anywhere so it was perfect. I’d rent from Kelly again in a heartbeat!

We are a family of 6 along with my 2 sister-in-laws and this house was so comfortable and spacious for all of us. We enjoyed everything. The dock, kayaking, firepit, outdoor games and especially that beautiful pool at the perfect temperature. We couldn't ask for more and Kelly made everything so easy and the guys that came for the pool were so nice too. We will definitely try to make it back there.

Great stay at this amazing property! Went with young kids and there was so much space to spread out (2 families w 2 kids each). Access to the water was great, kayaks, crab traps and lots of room for the kids to run.

Clean, spacious, peaceful and beautiful. 14 friends and I booked the spinnaker at swan cove for the weekend and had a wonderful time. The scenery is pristine, and the property is very clean and beautifully manicured. The house is also spacious and uncluttered. The property manager was always responsive, and assisted us in booking charter fishing and tracking down Maryland blue crab. We would certainly stay at this property in the future.

Great location, spectacular views of Chesapeake Bay, plenty for kids and adults to do. House is spacious and well equipped. Owner/managers were helpful and available.

Our stay was fantastic. It’s a quiet area with awesome nature around. It’s quaint and homely. We had a full house of 14 and loved it!!

Lovely place and yard with relaxing water view. The bunk bed room was perfect for the kids. The yard with pool, play set and waterfront area with 4 kayaks was perfect for multiple water sports and family activities. We brought our own paddle board to add to the mix. Kelly was very responsive with questions and requests. Beautiful days on the water and lovely nights around the firepit.

This home is very nice and in a great location for a peaceful vacation. we had a great time with the kids and grand kids fishing and crabbing right from the dock. Kelly and the help were very responsive and very friendly and helpful, especially when we had questions about the tropical storm headed our way. I would definitely recommend this property for your vacation.

Despite several other houses on the property, the place felt very private. Enjoyed the kayaks.Really nice to take a dip in the pool after kayaking each day.

My family had a wonderful time at the Chart House. The property was clean and well maintained. Kelly is amazing and always responded very quickly. The house is in great shape and you cannot beat the amazing views.

We stayed at the home for a short weekend getaway with the family. very calm and peaceful. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. House is extremely spacious with a beautiful calming location right on the water. A charming home with character. Definitely a relaxing vibe away from all the noise.
