Swan Cove Estate is a Luxury Waterfront vacation getaway on 25+ acres surrounded by hundreds of acres of woods, meadows, and farms. You will see wide, panoramic water views from almost anywhere on the estate. The Estate has three (3) main houses; "The Manor House", "The Stonebridge", "The Hamilton", and two (2) guest houses on the property.

From 1891 - 1924 the steamboat "Emma Giles" ran a combination freight and excursion route from Baltimore to the Little Choptank River and the Swan Cove Plantation. Excursionists could leave Baltimore's Pier 16 on Light Street at 7:30 AM returning at 11:00 PM with stops only to take on freight and passengers at various wharves. The docking bollards located on the lawn of "The Manor House" are remains of that that by gone era on the Chesapeake Bay.

Accommodations are available for very small groups, up to large groups, weddings or corporate getaways. Overnight accommodations range from three (3) bedrooms in the Guest Cottage, to six (6) bedrooms in The Manor House. With multiple houses we offer over 20 bedrooms.

The houses are pet-friendly. It is a great location with, Fishing and crabbing, and there are crab steamers in every kitchen. Enjoy yourselves at the Hyatt Regency's spa and golf courses as well as museums that are only minutes away. You are always welcome to come and preview any of our homes prior to renting them. We have a caretaker on the property everyday.

Experience our romantic waterfront sunsets. Each home is fully equipped and furnished for a comfortable and restful family vacation, reunion, or waterfront wedding. All are provisioned with quality cookware, utensils, dishes and glasses. The three (3) waterfront homes are complete with private pools and docks.
